Program Manager
The Program Manager plays a critical role in advancing PFBA's mission by planning, coordinating, and executing programs and initiatives that support family-owned businesses across the region. This position manages projects from concept through completion, ensuring programs are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with PFBA's strategic goals.
The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable working across stakeholders including family business leaders, professional advisors, board members, and partner organizations.
