Program Manager Senior Lead

Pay Rate: $100.00 Per Hour
Duration: Contract to 04/22/2027
Location: 100% Remote


Work Arrangement
  • Remote/Hybrid/Onsite: 100% Remote
    • Please note that if the consultant converts to a full-time employee, they must reside within commuting distance of an Osaic hub location.
Work Schedule
  • Business Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    • Flexible scheduling is available as needed.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong program and project planning capabilities with the ability to facilitate and manage deliverables effectively.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
  • Experience within the wealth management industry.

  • Lack of initiative or inability to work proactively with minimal oversight.
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
Preferred Certifications
  • PMP Certification
  • Agile Certification
Interview Process
  • Two rounds of interviews.

Role Summary

The Senior Lead Program Manager provides strategic leadership across portfolios of complex initiatives and acts as a trusted advisor to executives. This role sets direction for project delivery, leads transformation initiatives, and plays a critical role in shaping enterprise execution strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and govern multiple related projects or major strategic initiatives

  • Partner with executives to translate strategy into executable roadmaps

  • Provide oversight, guidance, and direction to Senior Project Managers and project teams

  • Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, enterprise risks, and resource constraints

  • Drive enterprise-wide delivery consistency, best practices, and capability maturity

  • Lead large-scale business transformation or process reengineering initiatives

  • Influence policy, tooling, and governance decisions within the VMO

  • Represent project delivery status, risks, and recommendations at executive and board levels

  • Champion change management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred

  • 12+ years of project and/or program management experience

  • Demonstrated leadership of large programs, portfolios, or enterprise transformations

  • Deep knowledge of financial services, technology, or comparable complex industries

  • Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and leadership presence

Certifications (Preferred)

  • PMP

  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Agile Coach, or equivalent
