Job Description

This position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Employment will not commence unless and until the contract is awarded and funding is confirmed.

Anglin Consulting Group is seeking a Program Manager to provide management and oversight support for a federal research and grant-making program. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for contract performance, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery of all task order requirements


Duties and Responsibilities/strong>
 
  • Serve as primary liaison to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
  • Oversee execution of all management support tasks
  • Lead planning, tracking, and reporting activities
  • Ensure compliance with HHS policies, federal grant regulations, and agency guidance
  • Supervise project staff and subcontractors
  • Manage deliverable schedules and quality control processes
  • Support development of briefing materials and executive summaries
  • Provide risk management and performance monitoring

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
  • Minimum eight (8) years of progressively responsible federal program experience
  • At least five (5) years managing federal contracts or task orders

  • Strong understanding of federal grant or research administration
  • Demonstrated leadership and client engagement experience
