    - Role Summary: As a Non-ITProgram Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing aplanning process that drives continuous planning for a 500-person organization.Your role will be crucial in aligning investments with organizational objectivesand driving collaboration across teams and departments.

    4. What are the keyresponsibilities?

    - Continuous Planning

    - Implement and drive continuous planning process for a 500-personorganization.

    - Update and manage unified intake process for project and initiativeproposals.

    - Develop and maintain a prioritization framework to ensure alignmentwith strategic objectives.

    - Update and manage unified intake process for proposed work.

    - Define and utilize planning dashboards to provide visibility intoincoming requests and committed plan.

    - Dependency Management

    - Establish and manage a dependency management process for seamlesscoordination across projects and teams.

    - Develop a change request process to handle modifications to plans andinitiatives efficiently.

    - Collaboration and Communication

    - Facilitate communication and collaboration between differentdepartments to ensure alignment and effective planning.

    - Work closely with Portfolio Management + Operations team tocommunicate plans and progress.

    - Process Improvement

    - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changesto enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and integrate relevantpractices into processes.

    5. What experience are welooking for to drive success?

    - MUST-Have Skills andQualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or relatedfield.

    - Proven experience in implementing and managing planning processes andprioritization frameworks.

    - Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved instrategic planning, resource allocation, and change management.

    - Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as AzureDevOps/JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project, Planner, and PowerBI/Tableau.

    - Preferred Skills andQualifications:

    - PMI or PMP certification.

    - 8-10 years of experience in program management and technicalknowledge.
