| Hybrid 3 daya a week onsite in Minneapolis Metro area Working in Risk and Performance Management Will be identifying resource management issues and risks, and working with programs and updating the tools used to collect data. (Jira is a tool that will be used often.) Will log, manage and record out on various risks and status of programs. Looking for someone that can provide visibility into programs to improve programs within risk management and can identify problems before they appear in reports. . What is key for this role is someone that can look at data, analyze the information, and identify patterns and emerging issues, and challenge program team when data doesn't make sense, and help leadership understand tradeoffs. Must Haves: 6-8 years of experience Experience with risk management Metrics and KPI's Executive reporting and leadership decision reporting Comfortable executing concerns Must have experience across a portfolio of projects/projects in an enterprise PMO environment Someone who has managed cross portfolio dependencies Solid analytical capabilities: can look at data and make recommendations and identify trends and risks Strong communication as they will be reporting to leadership Familiarity with Jira, Share Point, Microsoft Office Suite Experience with portfolio governance Led enterprise risk reviews Benefits: York Solutions Offers a generous benefits package for eligible full-time employees:
