Role OverviewThe Senior Technical Project Manager/Program Manager is responsible for leading complex, high-visibility projects and programs from initiation through implementation and post-project assessment. This role oversees large-scale initiatives, often exceeding $2.5M in budget, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives while delivering results within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. The individual serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, manages project teams, drives governance and reporting, mitigates risks, and ensures successful execution across multiple business units, channels, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
