Description

Our Client, a Consumer Products and Software Services company, is looking for a Program Manager II for their Houston, TX location.

Responsibilities:

Conducting market research to discover the best way to reach eligible SMBs and students
Planning implementing, and facilitating social media outreach
Implementing other inquiry generating activity. The role requires a driven, independent person who can easily grasp the vision of Client AMC and translate that vision into relatable messaging and benefits to potential participants.
This role requires the ability to work across different teams to design and implement candidate assessment processes that are in line with the Client policy.
Ideally, the candidate should have five plus years' experience with work in start-up companies or directly with SMBs preferred.

Requirements:

Passion for developing SMBs and start-up companies
5+ years of proven experience in implementing high impact, successful promotion programs for SMBs, start-up companies, and students
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Thrives in ambiguous work environment, highly collaborative and results focused
Planning and scheduling of venues, and resources for business conventions
Data-driven with strong analytical skills
Strong work ethic and high integrity
