Schedule: Monday – Friday, Regular Business Hours (EST)
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Compensation: $80.00–$90.00/hour

Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Derivatives & Collateral to lead a critical transformation initiative within a global financial services environment. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in derivatives and collateral operations, combined with a proven ability to drive cross-functional programs from planning through execution.
The ideal candidate will provide governance, coordinate multiple workstreams, support implementation efforts, and ensure operational readiness while serving as a subject matter expert across derivatives and collateral operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead governance meetings and coordinate execution across multiple program workstreams
- Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation activities
- Support collateral onboarding efforts, including legal agreements, static data setup, and coordination with onboarding partners
- Provide subject matter expertise on OTC derivatives operations, collateral workflows, and operating model design
- Support system implementation activities, including configuration, templates, testing, and data readiness
- Partner with business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders to drive successful delivery
- Facilitate executive communication and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Provide leadership support and issue resolution throughout program execution
- Drive operational readiness activities and support successful implementation across concurrent initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of financial services experience
- 5–7+ years of direct experience supporting derivatives and collateral operations
- Experience in transaction management, trade support, or middle office operations
- Proven track record leading implementation, transformation, or regulatory initiatives
- Strong knowledge of collateral lifecycle management
- Deep understanding of OTC derivatives operations and trade workflows
- Experience supporting lifecycle event management and trade processing
- Experience with platforms such as AcadiaSoft, Aladdin, CRIMMS, DECO, FCM platforms, ALPHA, or similar capital markets systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on execution and delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with custodians and onboarding teams
- Asset management, investment banking, or capital markets experience
- Change management experience
- Operating model design experience
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives within derivatives or collateral operations
