CTG is seeking to fill a Program Manager position for our client.
Location: Dallas, TX – Onsite
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Lead strategic, multi-project IT programs with significant business, technical, commercial, and organizational dependencies.
Translate business and customer objectives into program vision, success measures, integrated roadmaps, milestones, and governance models.
Direct cross-functional projects across multiple technologies, business units, geographies, and delivery partners.
Establish and manage integrated schedules, resources, budgets, financial controls, dependencies, risks, issues, and change controls.
Lead program governance and provide clear performance updates, recommendations, and decision support to senior leadership and customer sponsors.
Anticipate and mitigate risks, resolve critical issues, and lead recovery actions to protect program milestones and outcomes.
Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication, negotiation, collaboration, and escalation.
Drive benefits realization, adoption, continuous improvement, and sustainable change across the program.
Lead and mentor project managers, workstream leads, and technical teams while ensuring alignment with program objectives.
Coordinate delivery teams, practices, partners, suppliers, customer teams, stakeholders, and sponsors to achieve integrated outcomes.
Monitor program KPIs, financial performance, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction using data-driven analysis and reporting.
Manage vendor and partner relationships, contractual commitments, and commercial changes.
Identify trends, evaluate trade-offs, and make timely decisions that support customer and business outcomes.

Experience:
Minimum 7 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years leading programs, with broad business experience.
PMP certification or approved equivalent project management certification in good standing.
PgMP certification in good standing, or commitment to obtain certification within 12 months.
Experience working for an enterprise software/SaaS vendor or technology consulting firm.
Experience using Microsoft Project to manage end-to-end integrated plans.
Experience managing IT programs in one or more of the following markets: Manufacturing & Energy, Financial Services/Insurance, Consumer & Travel, or Government/Federal.
Proven success leading senior-level IT programs in a services environment and delivering commercial outcomes with strong customer satisfaction.
Experience decomposing multi-year transformation objectives into coordinated projects, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
Experience leading multifunctional teams and complex implementation programs across technologies, organizations, or geographies.
Demonstrated expertise in program governance, financial management, scope management, dependency management, benefits realization, and delivery assurance.
Strong executive communication skills, including presenting program plans, performance, financials, risks, decisions, and recommendations.
Strong commercial judgment and experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, contract awareness, and change management.
Ability to influence, negotiate, resolve conflicts, and maintain accountability across organizational boundaries.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience coaching project managers and contributing project management methods, assets, or process improvements.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field preferred.
PMP certification or approved equivalent required.
PgMP certification preferred, or commitment to achieve within 12 months.
Preferred experience includes leading large-scale or multi-year programs with distributed teams and multiple workstreams; senior stakeholder engagement through the C-suite or equivalent sponsor level; experience across multiple industries and technology domains; Agile and DevOps practices; and management of vendor, partner, commercial, and contractual relationships.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
