Program Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager with 5–10 years of experience leading projects in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of reviewing technical documentation, proposals, quotes, and customer specifications. This role requires strong knowledge of project management methodologies, the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, and experience interfacing with stakeholders at various levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute multiple programs in alignment with contractual requirements, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules to support contract execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project activities
• Ensure all contract requirements are executed in compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
• Manage and control program budgets, including labor, materials, travel, and purchased services
• Provide leadership to cross‑functional project teams and promote effective communication and collaboration
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress, proactively address issues, and support customer satisfaction
• Ensure timely program closeout and proper documentation of all deliverables
• Identify opportunities for additional scope or follow‑on work

• Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead project teams in a project‑based environment
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong presentation and communication capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
• 5–10 years of project or program management experience within a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated success in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
• Familiarity with full project lifecycle execution
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project
