Responsibilities:What you can expect to do.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Manager to oversee the Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) program for 9th-grade high school orientation and Tier III Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) intervention. The Program Manager will utilize Character Strong and Lenny Learning scope and sequence to create weekly lesson plans, implement surveys, and manage data collection to support student development and success.
1. Program Planning and Development:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive SEL program for 9th-grade orientation and Tier III interventions.
· Collaborate with school administration and staff to align program objectives with school goals and vision.
2. Curriculum Management:
· Utilize resources from Character Strong and Lenny Learning to create weekly lesson plans.
· Adapt and tailor content to meet the diverse needs of students.
3. Implementation and Execution:
· Lead the delivery of SEL and MTSS interventions to students, ensuring high engagement and participation.
· Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff and stakeholders to support SEL initiatives.
4. Data Collection and Analysis:
· Design and distribute surveys to collect feedback from students, teachers, and parents.
· Analyze survey data and other performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
· Work closely with educators, counselors, and other staff to ensure the consistency and quality of intervention programs.
· Communicate program progress and findings to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
6. Continual Improvement:
· Stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in SEL and MTSS.
· Incorporate feedback and research to continuously enhance program delivery and outcomes.
