    Responsibilities: Processes Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act requestsFiles read receipt correspondenceServes as the PSD courier to hand-carry mail throughout ATF Headquarters and DOJReceives and reviews all incoming mail and correspondences; Prepares responses to general inquiries; also Performs data entry with accuracy and little to no supervisionShips materials and documents via commercial carrierServes as a receptionist (answers phone and greets/escorts visitors), Forwards calls to the appropriate parties within PSD, and monitors voicemailsOrders, maintains, and disseminates suppliesMaintains office equipment and makes services callsServes as the primary point of contact (POC) for any outside agency including federal, state and local enforcement requesting a background investigation previously completed by ATFDocuments receipt of prior background investigations received from other agencies;Maintains databases and spreadsheets to track information (fingerprint results, personnel security file requests, security forms); and Files, maintains, and safeguards hardcopy documents and correspondenceScans and copies personnel security recordsCoordinates and facilitates requests for on-site fingerprint appointments and takes fingerprint scans for FBI fingerprint checks as a part of the background investigation process; also provides accurate and reliable information regarding the fingerprinting processConducts PIV checksProvides full administrative and secretarial support for PSD and prepares reports to provide information related to organizational, administrative, and/or procedural tasksInteracts with various parties within ATF and other agencies using professional and courteous interpersonal skills (document requests, status updates); andPerforms other duties as assigned. Requirements: Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)Excellent time management and ability to meet strict deadlinesStrong written and oral communication skillsGood customer/client handling skills and the ability to maintain confidentialityUS Citizen and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

    Description

    ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics LLC is seeking a Program Assistant onsite to support an ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms) contract in Washington DC.     Education/Experience:
