Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Program Assistant to support program operations with a strong focus on invoice QC, data validation, and vendor coordination.
Responsibilities
Perform quality control on vendor invoices
Verify and validate data accuracy
Support program operations and documentation
Update databases and track program data
Coordinate meetings and respond to inquiries
Assist with reporting, training materials, and events
Qualifications
0–2 years experience (Program Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar)
Experience with invoicing or data review preferred
Strong attention to detail and organization
Self-starter, adaptable, and quick learner
High school diploma required
Technical Skills
Excel (required)
SAP (preferred)
