Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Analyst to support DoW Cyber Policy initiatives This position will serve as the operational engine for senior intelligence leadership, you will bring structure to complex environments by orchestrating high-visibility taskings, driving cross-functional alignment, and modernizing policies to maximize enterprise efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Experience overseeing day-to-day operations, monitoring key deliverables, and tracking action items to completion

• Develop and maintain detailed Microsoft Project schedules, Gantt charts, milestones, baselines, dependencies, and critical paths.

• Track task status, suspense dates, risks, issues, resources, and schedule variances.

• Experience identifying bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives across leadership workflows

• Experience with the lifecycle of executive taskers, routing assignments, monitoring deadlines, and auditing final submissions for quality and compliance for Intelligence Community customers

• Experience with government tasking tools

• Ability to design, optimize, and document core business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance organizational efficiency

• Ability to communicate effectively with senior level government clients

• Ability to think proactively and identify critical gaps in coordination process

• Maintain integrated master schedules, action plans, and milestone trackers.

• Coordinate with program managers, technical teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders.

• Identify schedule conflicts and execution barriers and elevate issues for resolution.

• Prepare status reports, dashboards, briefings, and decision-support materials.

• Support governance meetings, action-item tracking, and continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with six years of relevant experience or master's degree with eight years of relevant experience.

• Experience supporting project or program management, strategic initiatives, or defense-related programs.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Project,

• Experience developing integrated master schedules, action plans, and milestone trackers.

• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work with senior-level customers and stakeholders.

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
