As a Professional Services Consultant for Digital Guardian you will:
Design, develop, and implement Digital Guardian products in large enterprise environments with the ultimate goal of customer success. This includes assessing business and security objectives of the customer as it relates to data protection, understanding the customers' security architecture and landscape, and designing ways to integrate Digital Guardian into overall security infrastructure and processes.
Champion the solution with the customer and be the voice of the customer to relay feature requests, issues, and overall feedback back to Digital Guardian.
Assist in managing the overall account relationship and working proactively with other DG teams such as Sales, Customer Support, Product Management, and Engineering.
Provide insight and feedback from customer implementations to product team for future enhancements.
Participate in the pre-sales process to understand customer business needs, technical objectives, and product requirements, interfacing effectively with Sales to ensure that technology proposals are sound and technical concerns are addressed.
Collect infrastructure technical requirements from the customer.
Create implementation and production deployment procedures for Digital Guardians products to interoperate and work within customer's environment.
Work with customers to define the use cases, develop them, and eventually test and deploy the solution. Provide remote and on-site support to customer during the testing, evaluation/pilot and production phases to ensure a successful deployment.
Support Digital Guardian's professional services revenue objectives.
Conduct remote working sessions with Customers throughout the Account's lifecycle from Setup to Operational Production phase to additional Requirement Coverage projects.
The travel component for the Consulting role varies depending on the engagement, and ranges from 20% to 60%
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
A minimum of 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Windows Server technology including SQL Server, SCCM, MOM, IIS, etc. with specific emphasis on security.
Deep knowledge of Windows OS. Active Directory expertise in a large enterprise environment.
Knowledge of relational database such as SQL Server (preferred).
Knowledge of Linux or Windows.
Knowledge of Mac OS. JamF expertise for software deployment.
Minimum of 3+ years' consulting experience implementing products at the enterprise level.
Solid experience with common scripting languages, SQL, and network protocols.
BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Broad-based knowledge either as an IT generalist, Systems Administrator, or IT Operator. Experience with deploying and administering an end-point technology is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Able to design and architect solutions.
Able to facilitate customer workshops to obtain requirements, use cases and design information.
Excellent writing skills and ability to produce clear and concise Design documents.
Extensive experience in customer facing engagements.
Able to troubleshoot and think on one's feet in high pressure situations.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with a DLP, EDR, or endpoint technology in a corporate environment.
MCSA or CISSP certification.
AWS Certification.
A+, Network+ Certification.
Knowledge of various security standards and methodologies like ISO27001, FIPS200, COBIT and ITIL.
Knowledge of storage devices & technologies like RAID, SAN and archive & restore.
Knowledge of configuration management, VDI Citrix, VMWare and software deployment tools like SCCM, CA, Altiris, LANDesk.
Experience with VMWare or similar virtualization technology.
