Job Title:     Production Test Technician N02
Client:          Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Location:     Waltham, MA 02453
Duration:     6 Months | Possible Extension
Shift:           1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Job Summary
The Production Test Technician II will perform electro-mechanical assembly, calibration, testing, and quality checks for analyzers in a medical device manufacturing environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and the ability to follow established procedures and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electro-mechanical assembly of analyzers.
  • Calibrate electronic devices according to customer orders.
  • Use hand tools and test equipment to complete production and testing activities.
  • Follow documented procedures and quality standards.
  • Complete work orders on schedule and meet established standard times.
  • Identify and report nonconforming products/materials and safety issues.
  • Accurately record labor time in the MRP system.
  • Maintain the work area according to 6S/Lean manufacturing standards.
  • Support multiple areas within the department as needed.
  • Work effectively with team members to meet production requirements.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Manual dexterity and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Good verbal communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of related experience typically required.
  • Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
