Production Support Technician Essex Center, VT

Summary:
Support production by preparing machine files, managing job packets, and ensuring accuracy between engineering and the shop floor.

Pay Range: $26.00-$28.00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and load CAD files into fabrication machines (laser, punch, press brake)
  • Verify programs run correctly and assist with basic troubleshooting
  • Perform test runs and support data collection (time studies)
  • Manage, print, and distribute job packets (work orders, drawings, BOMs)
  • Release and prioritize orders in ERP system (Infor CSI)
  • Ensure engineering changes are accurate and up to date

Qualifications:

  • SolidWorks experience required
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • ERP and Excel experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail; able to lift up to 50 lbs

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years in manufacturing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Organized, reliable, and willing to learn
