Description

Client is seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer / Application Support Analyst to support critical enterprise applications and operational dashboards. The role requires strong production troubleshooting, application monitoring, incident management, and collaboration across technology and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor applications, dashboards, system health, and performance in production.
• Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution.
• Analyze application logs and use SQL/PL-SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Support batch jobs, including failures, reruns, scheduling, and dependencies.
• Troubleshoot Java applications and interpret logs/stack traces.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and participate in post-incident reviews.
• Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of monitoring and production support processes.
