    Nationality Requirements

    Position Summary

    Provides support for managing production operations to ensure that volume, cost, waste, and quality standards are achieved.  Monitors and analyzes shift production metrics to identify issues, troubleshoot, develop and implement solutions and process improvements. 

    Job Description

    Coordinates materials and resources for daily operations and maintenance, turnaround, and downtime projects.  Performs audits and inspections to ensure that SOP’s, OSHA requirements and other operations regulations are understood and followed.  Liaises with product, engineering and other functional teams.  May coordinate or manage production, staffing and training schedules.

    Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.  Typically reports to a manager.  Work is closely managed.  Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.  Typically requires 0-2 years of related experiences.
