Description:

Operate automatic and manual chemical processing equipment.
Run mixers, grinders, filter presses, dryers, pumps, and filling machines.
Perform production processes following standard operating procedures.
Conduct in-process quality control checks and identify process variations.
Handle hazardous materials safely following established procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or abnormalities.
Support manufacturing, packaging, and distribution operations.
Record production data accurately.
Perform repetitive tasks involving small products and manual assembly.
Lift materials up to 27 lbs as required.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 27 lbs.
Good manual dexterity for repetitive tasks and small product handling.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to follow written procedures and operating instructions.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
No prior experience required.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Accurate data entry experience.
Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
