    Production Supervisor

    Location: Bucks County, Pennsylvania

    Compensation: $50,000–$75,000 + Full Benefits Package + No nights or weekends


    A growing, privately held manufacturer in Bucks County, PA is looking for a Production Supervisor to join its operations team. The company is known for its quality products, innovative processes, and long‑term customer relationships across industries such as medical, automotive, industrial, and specialty packaging.

    This opening is due to a long‑term employee’s retirement, not turnover. The company offers a stable, supportive environment, a consistent 40‑hour work week, and no nights or weekends.


    The Production Supervisor will lead daily manufacturing operations in a safe, efficient, and quality‑focused environment. This person will manage production staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure goals are met while maintaining high standards of performance and teamwork.


    Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily production and manage team performance
    • Plan and coordinate schedules to meet production goals
    • Improve efficiency and quality through lean practices and problem solving
    • Track production metrics, including output, downtime, and labor utilization
    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
    • Work closely with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams
    • Support continuous improvement and equipment troubleshooting
    • Train and mentor production employees
    • Maintain accurate production reports and documentation


    Qualifications

    • Experience in manufacturing or production supervision
    • Background in packaging, medical device, pharmaceutical, plastics, or regulated manufacturing preferred
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
    • Hands‑on management style with solid problem‑solving ability
    • Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement a plus
    • Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or FDA environments preferred
