Production Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* Analyze daily production metrics, productivity, quality results, downtime, and workflow performance to drive continuous improvement, improve first-time quality, and ensure production goals are achieved
* Lead, coach, and develop production employees through performance evaluations, accountability, career growth opportunities, attendance management, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment
* Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Scheduling, Die Shop, and other departments to resolve production issues, manage downtime, support root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions
* Oversee daily operations including manpower planning, schedule adherence, material flow, housekeeping standards, production reporting, quality compliance, and effective shift handoffs to ensure operational success
Required Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years of experience in similar production supervisor or lead role
* Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, production or similar environment
* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm
* Continuous improvement experience
