ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure all production personnel are assigned to a specific task and are following standard operating procedures.
* Effectively identify any problems or issues that arise in a specific production room and decisively trouble shoot problem and fix where applicable.
* Ensure all room supervisors are properly filling out the necessary forms during production and assist personnel in completing the forms when requested.
* Monitor and check all work performed by the room supervisors to ensure that they properly & safely accomplished the task, within the time limit that was assigned to them.
Required
- 2 Years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Understands the importance of, and has the ability to, foster teamwork
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to quickly learn new ERP systems
- Must have computer skills including typing and experience with Microsoft Office Products including Excel.
Preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
