Ideal candidate should be from FMCG / packaging industry, have been in supervisory role for 2+ years. Hands on experience in continuous improvement, RCA, TPM, Autonomous maintenance step1, step2. having good leadership style leading team successfully.

Job Details:

You will operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets, understanding losses in your area and taking the appropriate action to eliminate them.

Maintaining equipment at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (break-down maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment

Education:

Bachelors required

Work schedule:

Fri, sat, Sun (12 hours shift) 5pm 5am

Mon Fri (1st, 2nd, 3rd shift) flexibility working in weekend

Required Skills:

*** FMCG or Packaging is must ***

3 years manufacturing/production experience

1 year supervisory/lead experience (led 15+ people)

Safety knowledge present (LOTO, GMP, BOS - doesn't need to be perfectly worded)

Some technical fit - TPM, SAP/ERP, quality systems (doesn't need all)

Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing experience
