Production Supervisor - Electronics Manufacturer

The Production Supervisor will oversee all first-shift assembly operations for our client. As a key manufacturing leader at the company's new facility in the western suburbs, this individual will provide hands-on coaching and leadership to team members while driving the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Description

• Supervise all production activities and ensure optimal productivity.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures.
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve operational objectives.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement improvements to production processes.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and organize necessary repairs.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with management.

Profile

• 3+ years' experience overseeing production teams of 40+.
• A candidate who is bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Track record leading projects to improve production efficiency and reduce waste & costs.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and equipment.
• Background in assembly environments strongly preferred.

Job Offer

• A salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 depending on level of experience.
• Quarterly bonuses, paid out based on personal metrics & company performance.
• 2 Weeks Vacation Time, 1 Week PTO + 2 Personal Days.
