Position SummaryPregis is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and develop a manufacturing team while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives are achieved. This role is responsible for supervising daily production operations, driving continuous improvement, and building a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who can effectively manage production activities, develop employees, solve problems, and support business goals through safe and efficient operations.Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise production employees on assigned shiftCommunicate expectations and monitor daily production performanceManage staffing, scheduling, and labor utilization to meet production goalsEnsure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity standards are achievedTrain, coach, and develop team members on equipment, processes, and proceduresSupport hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development activitiesTroubleshoot production and equipment issues and implement corrective actionsAnalyze production performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvementMaintain accurate production, quality, safety, and staffing documentationPrepare and communicate daily performance reportsFoster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence
