    POSITION OVERVIEW
    As a Production Supervisor your roles and responsibilities will include:
    The client is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations and production teams while driving safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, sustainability, and employee morale.
    The Production Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership on the production floor, ensure equipment and processes are maintained effectively, identify and eliminate production losses, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage production line teams and ensure resources are properly allocated during the shift.
    • Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Morale targets.
    • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including:
      • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
      • GMP
      • Safety maps
      • Behavior Observation System (BOS)
      • Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
    • Lead troubleshooting, breakdown elimination, stop reduction, and loss analysis.
    • Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and autonomous/progressive maintenance programs.
    • Execute and maintain Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Progressive Maintenance (PM) standards.
    • Lead shutdown maintenance activities and coordinate with maintenance teams.
    • Identify equipment and process losses and implement corrective actions.
    • Support new product development and equipment/process improvements.
    • Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
    • Ensure quality processes are followed to achieve zero harm and high-quality production.
    • Lead teams through challenging interpersonal situations and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Influence and collaborate effectively within a union manufacturing environment.
    • Communicate effectively with employees, maintenance, quality, and other cross-functional teams.
    • Track performance and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Production Supervisorwho enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Production Supervisorwould be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
    • Bachelor s degree required.
    • 3 5+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
    • 1 2+ years of supervisory or production leadership experience.
    • Experience leading teams of approximately 15+ employees preferred.
    • FMCG, food & beverage, or packaging manufacturing experience is required.
    • Experience with Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices, including LOTO and GMP.
    • Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
    • Exposure to TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, and Progressive Maintenance.
    • Experience with SAP/ERP or manufacturing systems is preferred.
    • Knowledge of quality systems and production performance metrics.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to handle interpersonal challenges professionally and tactfully.
