What you’ll own
- Lead, train, and inspire production associates to achieve daily and long-term goals.
- Plan and assign tasks, monitor workflow, and adjust resources to stay on target.
- Hold the line on safety practices, company policies, and quality standards.
- Monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot problems, and minimize downtime.
- Keep the workplace organized and clean in line with company expectations.
- Back quality control efforts so customer requirements are consistently met.
- Deliver coaching and performance feedback; support career growth.
- Work closely with other departments to meet operational commitments.
- Identify process gaps and help roll out improvements.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and update leadership regularly.
- Build a positive, respectful, team-oriented culture.
Must-haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or distribution.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English and Spanish (bilingual required).
Nice-to-haves
- Technical school certification or related training.
- Experience as a Team Lead, Production Supervisor, or similar position.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
