Production Coordinator / Team Lead

Pay Range: $18-$20/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift - Must be available to train on 1st Shift.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Production Coordinator/Team Lead to help oversee daily production operations and support the Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate production employees.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, safety, and quality.
• Assign work and assist with training new employees.
• Address attendance and performance concerns.
• Complete production paperwork and records.
• Communicate production issues and updates to management.
• Help maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of production, packing house, agricultural, or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous leadership/Team Lead experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Basic math and recordkeeping skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative.
• Must be flexible with work schedules.
