A growing specialty manufacturing company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinatorto join its team.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in administration, executive support, sales coordination, order management, or operations who enjoys being the central point of communication between multiple departments.Youâll work closely with sales and operations teams to keep customer information, orders, projects, and internal tasks organized and moving forward. This is a hands-on position that combines office coordination with some work in a light manufacturing/warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for sales representatives and internal team members.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and day-to-day requests and ensure follow-up through completion.
Coordinate information between sales, operations, production, and warehouse personnel.
Provide administrative support for customer orders and sales activities.
Prepare for and coordinate regular operations meetings.
Track open items, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion.
Review orders and documentation for accuracy before they move into production.
Create, organize, and track internal work orders and projects.
Coordinate materials, samples, documentation, and other items between departments.
Maintain organized records, inventory, and work areas.
Assist with receiving and checking materials.
Support process-improvement projects and help develop consistent procedures.
Assist with general operational projects as needed.
Strong math shop skills - operate a chop saw for sample preparation
The ideal candidate is someone who ishighly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable communicating with different personalities and departments.
Qualifications include:
2â5 years of experience in administration, office management, executive assistance, sales coordination, operations coordination, or a similar role.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and business systems.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong follow-through and ability to work independently.

Work Environment
This is an on-site position with a combination of office, operational, and warehouse responsibilities.
Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided) and to safely operate a chop saw for sample preparation
Approximately 60% of the role is administrative/desk-based, with the remainder involving hands-on support in operational areas.
Candidates should be comfortable occasionally lifting or moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Training will be provided for any required equipment or operational procedures.
Full-time, salaried position-$75,000-$85000 DOE
