Position’s Contributions to Work Group: • Serve as primary DSN contact for CI Command products to provide troubleshooting and diagnostic support for software and on-board hardware issues • Support ongoing NPI/CPI Product Support activities for CI Command Typical task breakdown: • Daily resolution of open DSN tickets • Regular communication with cross functional team to progress product support deliverables for NPI programs Interaction with team: • Working with an internal global team both independently and with a team. Team Structure • Reporting directly to the work director and team lead. 15-20 others on the team.
