This role tracks market needs regulatory change and the competitive landscape and translates those inputs into a product roadmap that keeps our platforms ahead of the market. This is an individual contributor role reporting to a Senior Program Manager or Product Development Manager intended for someone early in their product management career with a technical foundation to build on.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitor market needs customer requirements and industry trends across assigned product linesTrack regulatory and code changes DOE EPA ASHRAE UL AHRI and similar bodies and assess impact on current and future productsResearch and maintain a working view of the competitive landscape including product specifications positioning and pricingSupport development and maintenance of the product roadmap under the direction of senior product managementTranslate market and regulatory inputs into clear product requirements for engineeringPartner with engineering marketing and sales to gather input on feature and platform decisionsPrepare market and competitive analysis materials for internal reviews and leadership updatesSupport business case development for new product initiatives including cost and volume assumptionsCoordinate with Korea HQ counterparts on product planning specifications and timingAssist with go-to-market planning and cross-functional launch coordinationSkills and QualificationsBachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or related engineering discipline0-4 years of experience in product management product development or applications engineering HVAC industry experience a plusBilingual in Korean and English preferred both written and verbal sufficient for technical and business discussionsWorking knowledge of HVAC systems and components or a strong technical aptitude to build that knowledge quicklyAbility to read and interpret regulatory and standards documentationStrong analytical skills comfortable synthesizing market technical and financial information into a clear recommendationProficiency in Excel PowerPoint andWordClear written and verbal communication skills across technical and business audiencesWillingness to travel domestically and to Korea as needed estimated 10-15Recruiting Range75000-101000 USDBenefits Offered Full-Time EmployeesNo-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical dental vision and prescription benefits.Auto enrollment with immediate vesting of competitive company matching contributions in a 401k Retirement Savings Plan with several investmentoptions.Generous Paid Time Off program that includes company holidays and a combined bank of paid sick and vacation time.
