Job Title: Product Manager
Location: South San Francisco
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with deep expertise in the pharmaceutical commercial space to strategically drive and support upcoming product launches for one of our pharma clients.
Location: Hybrid (3 days a week at South San Francisco office)
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a strong Product Manager to help us build and launch the brand performance tracker for the upcoming client launch. We are looking for an outcome-driven approach structured around clear deliverables, SLAs, and measures of success. Rather than a standard metrics-mapping exercise, we need rigorous product management support through the MVP launch.
Key Requirements and Success Criteria:
• Scalable Design & Setup: The Brand view must be scalable to accommodate future launches and Tier 1/2 brands (e.g., future models may be hybrid SP/no-SP, need/not need REMS, hubs, etc.).
• Intuitive User Journey & Harmonization: The tool needs logical, intuitive drilldowns from the National level down to the Segment/Ecosystem, Target List, HCO, and HCP levels. At the most granular levels, this must harmonize with existing Figma designs from other workstreams.
• Strategic Thought Partnership: When interfacing with TA I&A and FAI, we expect thought partnership on metrics, business rules, and data visualization. We are looking for a partner to help systemically up level the product, rather than just consuming provided inputs.
• Technical Rigor & Documentation: The PM must interface seamlessly with data teams. This requires writing detailed requirements and comprehensive documentation, assessing capabilities, and conducting testing and analysis on the data and metrics.
• Cross-Functional Process Management: The PM will need to efficiently link existing product readiness, manage the overall cross-functional process (both input and output perspectives), and provide daily/weekly updates to our core team.
We are looking for a presentation from a candidate who can walk us through a tailored product management process specifically for the asked brand launch tracker, rather than a generic 101-level outline.
