Join our team as a Product Manager in a hybrid role based in the Northeast region. This contract position involves leading product initiatives, with a focus on redefining customer experiences and asset management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure timely delivery. Utilize your expertise in Agile methodologies to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of store operations to identify revenue-maximizing opportunities.
• Create data-backed business cases for new initiatives aligned with department objectives.
• Drive a subset of the product roadmap, aligning with multiple teams to achieve goals.
• Lead the product development lifecycle, partnering with engineering for timely releases.
• Define and track initiative KPIs to ensure value delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in roadmapping and prioritization skills.
• Proven Agile product owner experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred knowledge in retail fuel and/or point of sale domains.
