The Product Manager I - Participant & Non-Participant Experience role aims to improve the experiences of participants, employers, advisors, and third-party administrators (TPAs) within our retirement and financial services ecosystem. It is ideal for those interested in customer and user experience, product management, and data-driven insights. You will work closely with Product Managers, UX specialists, engineers, operations teams, and business partners to spot opportunities, test solutions, and build impactful experiences that enhance customer results and align with company objectives. This position allows you to lead and develop key participant and non-participant experiences while growing your knowledge in product strategy, discovery, delivery, measurement, customer-centered design, and journey-focused experience management.

What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will:
Focus on improving customer journeys and user interactions, increasing digital adoption and engagement, and using customer feedback and analytics to identify and prioritize opportunities. Success is measured by delivering meaningful business and customer outcomes through close collaboration with Product, UX, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams. The role also provides an opportunity to grow into a well-rounded, customer-focused product specialist.
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $85000 - $134000 / year Salary Details:The following locations are examples of market-specific salary ranges across different geographies.
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
