Disney Experiences Technology (DXT) creates world-class immersive digital experiences for Guests and Cast Members across premier vacation brands including Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World, Shanghai Disney Resort, Hong Kong Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, Disney Cruise Line, and Aulani. With offices in Anaheim, Glendale, Hong Kong, Orlando, Paris, Seattle, and Shanghai, DXT develops innovative technical solutions for a global audience.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager specializing in emerging technology, you will help drive the conceptualization, development, and adoption of groundbreaking products that empower users and enable business transformation. Reporting to the Manager, Product Management, this role will have a product-oriented mindset and the ability to translate emerging technology into meaningful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technology Strategy: Contribute to the roadmap for emerging technology products. Stay ahead of trends in AI, CV, and other related fields to identify growth opportunities and validate fit for new technologies. Help serve as a subject matter expert across related emerging technologies, providing guidance and support to internal business teams.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Help contribute to iterative product development, from ideation and proof of concept through launch and refinement. Document epics, user stories, requirements, and success criteria for POCs and emerging products that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Metrics & Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product impact and business outcomes. Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and optimize product performance.
  • Communication/Leadership: Prepare executive summaries and stakeholder updates, highlighting progress, metrics, risks, and next steps. Help lead cross-functional forums to ensure alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with emerging technologies.
  • Experience with an iterative test and learn process, development of POCs as well as production level deliverables
  • Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional teams within agile environments.
  • Ability to think strategically with a willingness to take personal initiative.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and manage multiple priorities
  • Leverage user research and usability testing to inform product decisions and validate product concepts

Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI, Physical AI, Agentic Systems, Biometrics, Computer Vision, Spatial Intelligence, and any other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with the following tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Airtable, Claude Cowork/Code, Cursor).
  • Ability to work with bi-coastal and/or international teams across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity in a lab/R&D environment

Required Education

  • Bachelor''s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $111,900 to $150,000 per year and in Glendale, CA is $117,500 to $157,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate''s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
