Lead Product Manager

Build Digital Products That Make a Difference

Join a collaborative technology and digital organization responsible for creating and delivering high-impact digital experiences for millions of customers. As a Lead Product Manager, you will help shape the strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital products while working closely with technology, design, analytics, marketing, operations, and business leaders.

The Lead Product Manager is responsible for defining and managing the strategic direction of digital products and experiences. This role partners closely with business and technology leadership to establish product strategies, prioritize opportunities, and guide execution from concept through launch.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple teams, using data to make informed product decisions, and translating complex business needs into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Technology, Operations, Project Management, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to develop strategies that support business opportunities and improve digital customer experiences.

  • Develop product strategies and implementation plans aligned with business priorities, key performance indicators, and organizational objectives.

  • Monitor digital trends, customer behaviors, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and inform product roadmaps.

  • Analyze product and business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Gather and document requirements across all aspects of product initiatives, collaborating with impacted business, creative, design, and technology teams.

  • Drive execution of digital product roadmaps by ensuring development teams understand product goals, priorities, requirements, and expected outcomes.

  • Translate product concepts into user stories, epics, requirements documentation, project briefs, and other appropriate product deliverables.

  • Serve as the primary product management representative during product and feature rollouts, providing direction to project teams and escalating issues when appropriate.

  • Partner with technical, creative, and production teams to support defect triage, identify root causes, resolve issues, and remove blockers.

  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, performance, and progress to stakeholders and leadership through presentations, meetings, and written communication.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through complex problems and help turn strategic ideas into actionable initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with significant experience managing digital products or digital customer experiences.

  • 5+ years of experience working in the digital industry or within technology-driven environments.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with technology, design, project management, business, analytics, and user experience teams.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing product strategies and roadmaps.

  • Experience translating business and customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and epics.

  • Experience working with Agile software development methodologies.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and performance metrics to identify trends, develop assumptions, and support business decisions.

  • Experience presenting product performance, results, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence cross-functional partners, and achieve results in a complex organization.

  • Experience identifying and addressing technical, customer, and business challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with consumer-facing digital products or digital commerce platforms.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and financial skills.

  • Experience with innovative or emerging technologies.

  • Experience working with large-scale digital products or platforms.

  • Experience using customer and product analytics to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions.
