Associate Product Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support product discovery, execution, and cross-functional collaboration within a defined area of a digital product portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career product professional to build foundational product management skills while working alongside experienced product leaders, engineers, designers, analysts, and business partners. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product vision and priorities by connecting customer needs, data, and business objectives.
- Assist with roadmap planning by gathering inputs and translating priorities into clear requirements.
- Help define well-scoped problems and gather information to support root-cause analysis.
- Execute assigned work reliably, communicate progress, and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality.
- Use customer feedback, data, and basic product metrics to inform decisions and iterations.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and business partners to keep initiatives moving.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current on relevant industry trends and emerging technologies and share insights with the team.
- Quickly learn new tools, products, and processes and apply that knowledge to day-to-day work.
- Support product development across iOS, Android, mobile web, and desktop experiences.
- Work directly with engineers to understand how product features are developed and delivered.
Basic Qualifications
- 02+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, eCommerce, digital products, or a related field; internship experience may be considered.
- Foundational knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to support decisions and assumptions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity, ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor's degree required; a Bachelor of Science is preferred/required for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a digital, eCommerce, or consumer products environment.
- Exposure to user story writing, backlog management, sprint planning, or similar product processes.
- Educational or professional background in a technical discipline such as computer science, software engineering, decision science, or AI/ML.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, or Tableau.
- Exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud or another eCommerce platform.
