About the Role The AI-driven healthcare company is looking for a Product Manager to own the feature roadmap end-to-end. This is a role for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented builder who can take a product vision and turn it into shipped features — someone who understands both the technical side and the user side, and knows how to prioritize ruthlessly to keep the platform moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

• Own the feature roadmap and drive it from ideation through delivery
• Define requirements, write specs, and keep development on track
• Prioritize ruthlessly based on business impact and user needs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, AI, and operations teams to align on build priorities
• Serve as the connective tissue between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Translate client and operational feedback into actionable product improvements

Discovery & Iteration

• Identify gaps and opportunities in the platform through ongoing user and stakeholder feedback
• Drive continuous improvement cycles and ensure features ship with quality
• Stay current on healthcare workflows and emerging tech to inform product direction

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
• Strong technical fluency — comfortable working directly with engineering teams
• Experience in healthcare tech is a strong plus
• Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
• Organized, decisive, and comfortable owning a roadmap independently
