Product Manager | Brooklyn, NY · $80K–$120K
About the Role The AI-driven healthcare company is looking for a Product Manager to own the feature roadmap end-to-end. This is a role for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented builder who can take a product vision and turn it into shipped features — someone who understands both the technical side and the user side, and knows how to prioritize ruthlessly to keep the platform moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership
- Own the feature roadmap and drive it from ideation through delivery
- Define requirements, write specs, and keep development on track
- Prioritize ruthlessly based on business impact and user needs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, AI, and operations teams to align on build priorities
- Serve as the connective tissue between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Translate client and operational feedback into actionable product improvements
Discovery & Iteration
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the platform through ongoing user and stakeholder feedback
- Drive continuous improvement cycles and ensure features ship with quality
- Stay current on healthcare workflows and emerging tech to inform product direction
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
- Strong technical fluency — comfortable working directly with engineering teams
- Experience in healthcare tech is a strong plus
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
- Organized, decisive, and comfortable owning a roadmap independently
