The Opportunity
ConstructConnect is seeking a Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will help maximize the value of our customer-facing products by evaluating initiatives, supporting data-driven decision making, instilling Voice of the Customer in the decision process, and contributing to successful product launches.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing
Product Strategy & Vision
Contribute to product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives
Help build and maintain product roadmaps (1-2 quarters ahead) with clear business justifications
Perform financial analysis to evaluate new product ideas and feature enhancements
Identify market opportunities through competitive analysis and industry trends
Product Development & Execution
Embrace our agile product development process that uses continuous discovery habits and the Product Operating Model, as defined by SVPG
Participate in design thinking exercises to explore and define solutions for identified product opportunities
Define product requirements at the story and epic level and collaborate with Product Designers and Tech Leads
Establish, track, and measure success using well-defined KPIs tied to business and customer outcomes
Customer & Market Focus
Support customer satisfaction initiatives and participate in discovery sessions with customers
Focus on Voice of the Customer, Voice of the Organization, and product metrics to inform decision-making
Help identify business opportunities to integrate with other software vendors
Build deep expertise on assigned products, capabilities, and competitive positioning
Leadership & Influence
Communicate product updates, roadmap progress, and customer insights to stakeholders
Work cross-functionally to manage dependencies and support seamless execution
Be a product advocate both internally and externally
Build working knowledge of emerging technologies, particularly AI/ML, to enhance product capabilities

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in product management, product analyst, or related role
Experience working for a software-as-a-service company
Exposure to launching or supporting software products
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
General understanding of AI capabilities and terminology
Fluent in using AI tools in daily work, with hands-on experience building custom skills, prompts, or agents to automate tasks and accelerate delivery
Strong metrics and analytical skills
Solid decision-making, analytical, and time management skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree from an accredited institution
Experience in or knowledge of the commercial construction industry
Experience with construction or estimating software
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Product certification (e.g., CSPO, CPO)
Experience with product analytics tools

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for extended periods. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
Team members are expected to maintain a dedicated and ergonomically appropriate remote workspace.
Team members who live within commuting distance of our office location in Peachtree Corners, GA (Metro Atlanta, Georgia) are expected to work in a hybrid capacity, with regular in-office presence every Tuesday and Wednesday each week.
All team members must reside and perform their work within the United States.
