Job Summary
The Product Line Manager, Money Services serves as the business owner for Populus Financial Group's Money Services portfolio - including bill pay, money orders, wire transfers, and emerging money-movement solutions - responsible for driving growth, optimizing vendor partnerships, and identifying innovative opportunities that enhance customer value and business performance. This role leads the strategy, performance, and long-term evolution of the product line while maintaining strategic oversight of the check cashing business as a core, high-volume service.
Working closely with vendor partners, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Analytics, and Technology, this leader is accountable for maximizing portfolio performance through partnership optimization, growth strategies, customer-focused innovation, and operational excellence. This is not a traditional, delivery-focused product role; it is a portfolio leadership role centered on business growth, strategic partnerships, and developing the future of Money Services.
