We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Product Liability Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on defending various clients in complex product liability cases. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all aspects of the litigation process.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a diverse caseload of product liability cases, including complex civil litigation, personal injury, and mass torts.
2. Represent clients in depositions, arbitrations, trials, and hearings.
3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to prepare for court proceedings.
4. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
5. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
6. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure comprehensive case management.
7. Provide legal advice to clients regarding potential product liability risks and strategies.
8. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in a manner that serves their best interests.
9. Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to product liability.
10. Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the PA State Bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 4 years of experience in product liability law, complex civil, or commercial litigation.
4. Proven experience in courtroom proceedings.
5. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficient in legal research and writing.
8. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
10. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
