Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Team Center, CAE, Sketchup (3D Modeling Software), and CATIA.
- Understanding of Six Sigma Methodology and its application in problem-solving.
- Experience with AVBOM and Bill of Materials management.
- Background in Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of Mechanics of Materials.
- 2+ years of experience related to Body Closures, specifically Side Door Assemblies.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with 3D Printing and its capabilities.
- Experience in Project Management and Change Management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop Engineering Statement of Work and participate in the Sourcing Process.
- Release parts in FEDEBOM & WERS through the product life cycle.
- Identify validation, durability, and functional test requirements as per standards.
- Provide technical solutions to emerging issues via Ford Automated Issues Management System (AIMS) & JIRA resolution.
- Support VQR's, VRT's, and PVT teams to solve quality and plant issues as required.
