Produce Account Manager (Fresh Berries)

FreshKampo supplies fresh berries — raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, strawberry — to Walmart, H-E-B, Sprouts, and other top U.S. retailers. We grow with proprietary genetics, operate year-round, and hold the fill-rate standards our customers expect.

THE ROLE

You are one of the faces of FreshKampo to the marketplace. You build customer relationships, create new business opportunities, and help expand existing partnerships across retail, wholesale, foodservice, and distribution channels. You are not simply taking orders. You are identifying opportunities, solving problems, coordinating with internal teams, and helping customers grow their berry business with FreshKampo. When opportunities arise, you pursue them. When challenges occur, you own them. When customers need solutions, you deliver them.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This position is based at our Fresno, California office and requires employees to work onsite. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, relationship-oriented, and motivated by growth. They enjoy building new relationships, creating opportunities, and working collaboratively across departments to deliver results. They are self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where initiative and execution are highly valued.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• New customer acquisition and business development
• Growth and retention of assigned customer accounts
• Customer pricing, programs, and commercial negotiations
• Sales forecasting and customer demand planning
• Market intelligence and competitive analysis
• Cross-functional coordination to ensure customer success
• Customer issue resolution and service recovery
• Trade show participation and customer visits
• Identification of new growth opportunities across all channels

• Developing new customer relationships and revenue streams

YOU'RE THE RIGHT PERSON IF YOU...

• Have 3+ years of experience in fresh produce sales or account management
• Enjoy building relationships and earning customer trust

• Can confidently negotiate pricing and commercial programs

COMPENSATION DETAILS - NO CAP ~ ENDLESS OPPORTUNITIES!!

• $80,000 - $120,00+ (BASE PAY, COMMISSIONS, BONUSES) 

POSITION DETAILS

• Location: Fresno, CA (ON-SITE)
• Travel: Customer visits, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
