Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end sourcing activities using RFP/RFQ processes for medium to high-value procurements.
Develop sourcing strategies, evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the contract lifecycle.
Partner with Project Managers, Legal, Finance, and stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and compliance.
Prepare award recommendations, board approval documentation, and procurement reports.
Analyze spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support supplier diversity initiatives.
Monitor contract performance, resolve PO, pricing, and invoice issues, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Maintain supplier relationships and leverage market intelligence to improve sourcing decisions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.
6+ years of sourcing, procurement, and contract management experience.
Strong experience with RFPs, supplier negotiations, contract administration, and procure-to-pay processes.
Knowledge of ERP procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
