Process/Maintenance Technician - 1st ShiftAre you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping precision manufacturing equipment running at its best? We are seeking an experienced Process/Maintenance Technician to support our CNC machining operations. In this role, you'll combine machining knowledge, CAD/CAM skills, maintenance expertise, and process improvement thinking to help improve uptime, reduce scrap, strengthen quality, and support safe, efficient production.What You'll DoDesign, program, and fabricate production fixtures, jogs, and work holding solutions using CAD tools.Create clear fixture drawings, assembly instructions, and work instruction documentation for manufacturing and quality teams. Maintain accurate fixture records, including new designs, revisions, obsolescence, version control, and fixture location information.Support CNC machine accuracy checks, including ball bar testing, last calibration verification, and related diagnostics.Perform and document preventative maintenance on Haas CNC machines and other production equipment.Diagnose and resolve Haas machine alarms with faults using control diagnostics, alarm history, and parameter data.Perform hands-on repairs and component replacements on CNC equipment.Maintain machine parameter backups, software/control updates, maintenance logs, and critical spare parts inventory.Partner with other areas of the business to support business objectives and improve process reliabilityWhat You'll BringEducation & KnowledgeHigh School Diploma or GED3-5 years experience with manufacturing maintenance/CNC machining processesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and cross functionallySkillsStrong understanding of CNC machining processes, CNC cells, and manufacturing workflows.Experience using CAD/CAM tools.Hands on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills for CNC machine tools and related production systems.Working knowledge of Haas CNC machines and controls.Familiarity with lean manufacturing, waste reduction, process optimization, automation, in-process inspection, and lights-out machining strategies.Ability to troubleshoot, repair and return CNC machine tools to service with minimal production disruptionPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to move throughout the facility and between departments frequently throughout the dayAbility to stand for extended periods of timeIn this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact every day.
