Process Engineer

One of our manufacturing clients is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations in Salt Lake City, UT.

**Pay Rate: **$135k-$145k

**Shift: **Days

Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency

• Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, downtime, and opportunities for improvement

• Lead process improvement projects from concept through implementation

• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, SOPs, and technical specifications

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring process and equipment problems

• Monitor process performance using production data, KPIs, and statistical analysis

• Support the introduction of new products, processes, equipment, and manufacturing technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline

• 5+ years of process engineering experience within a manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and continuous improvement

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing data analysis

• Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, control plans, and process capability studies
