Position: Process Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and a passion for driving continuous improvement. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement new and improved manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Conduct process audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Analyze data and implement statistical process control methods to monitor and improve process performance.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in process engineering to continuously improve our processes.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with process simulation and optimization software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
