Process Technician Adhere to all safety protocols and complete required training. Operate and monitor semiconductor processing equipment manage up to 25 online manufacturing systems. Support wafer process efficiency quality and innovation through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Partner with engineering to improve workstation operations and resolve bottlenecks. Contribute to troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives analyze data to support process decisions. Assist in onboarding and training new team members. Work in both cleanroom and office environments adapting to fabrication and data analysis needs. Perform tasks requiring physical activity including standing for extended periods walking lifting 25-40 lbs and navigating confined or uneven spaces. Communicate clearly in written and verbal formats manage time and prioritize tasks independently. Apply Microsoft Office tools Outlook Word PowerPoint OneNote Excel to complete tasks efficiently. Conduct technical tests and experiments for R&D in wafer fabrication prepare reports and present findings. Provide technical support to process development and engineering teams. Collaborate with team members and vendors to monitor equipment performance address preventative maintenance needs and proactively resolve safety concerns. Perform light assembly using handheld tools <3 lbs regularly lift materials 25-40 lbs as needed. Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts 3 days on4 days off and 4 days on3 days off rotate between day and night shifts every 4 months and work overtime as needed. Ability to wear fab-specific cleanroom garments at all times and occasionally wear PPE e.g. chemical apron face shield. Willingness to alternate assignments between the Remote Operations Center ROC and in-FAB with approximately 80 of time spent in ROC and 20 in-FAB. AAS or AS degree in Mechatronics Electronics Mechanical Engineering Science Physics Mathematics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent trade schoolmilitary experience. 4 years of experience in maintaining manufacturing equipment automation systems or technical military experience. 2 years of experience identifying performance gaps and implementing strategic improvements. 4 years of experience leading projects related to equipment maintenance and improvement with a focus on meeting scope schedule and budget requirements.
